Ted and his wife Sylvia own and run Tecon Contracting together. Ted has worked in the construction industry since he was 14 years old and started Tecon back in 2012, then working as a framing subcontractor for larger agricultural companies. The company’s reputation and size has since grown, and Tecon now does concrete work as well as framing and finishing. Ted’s current role is organizing and managing the Tecon team while keeping projects moving efficiently forward. He also ensures Tecon’s reputation of high quality and tidiness is maintained on every job site.
